Weather:

• Games and practices will be called if lightening is seen from the field.  Please remember that springtime in Texas has volatile weather.  Our number one concern is the safety of our girls.
• It is the responsibility of the home team to call off a game because of poor field conditions or inclement weather.  The home team has up until 1 1/2 hours prior to the game to make this decision.  As soon as any information is found out, your coach will be contacted, and the website will be updated as quickly as possible.

Umpires:

• Please be courteous to all umpires.  If you feel there is an issue, please address this with your Head Coach.  Do not approach the umpire(s) regarding the issue.  Inappropriate conduct toward umpires will not be tolerated.

Conduct:

• Please be aware of your surroundings in our park.  Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and should be brought to the immediate attention of the Head Coach.  There will be an Advisory Team member available at each home game to assist if an issue should arise.
